Plot:-It’s six months after Hurricane Katrina and The Big Easy is supposed to be evacuated. Most of the citizens have left, but crime is rampant and not just among the criminals. At various points in this film, you find yourself asking the question “are the cops or the criminals dirtier” Amongst this mob is Veteran detective Andy Deveraux (Val Kilmer) who lost his partner in the hurricane. He is now paired up with Stan Green (Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson). The film revolves ultimately around law enforcement trying to take out the crime lords in New Orleans, investigating the death of a DEA officer, and trying to figure out whom in the police force is leaking information to the local crime bosses.
